Elite Service
Comprehensive program that has most pests and some yard areas covered, without the endless add-ons.

One-Time Service
(30 day warranty)
Comprehensive One-Time
The COMPREHENSIVE one-time service includes basic pest coverage in the interior, attic, garage and foundation perimeter.
(Superior Program Coverage less Termite Monitor Stations)
Basic One-Time
The BASIC one-time service includes the pest problem at the activity site only. Both programs have a 30-day warranty.
Plus options for Superior and Elite programs includes the following:
- January - April: Non-mechanical caulk exclusion (ground level, windows, doorways)
- May - July: Trim back shrubs and plants from exterior (ground level only)
- August - September: Trim back shrubs and plants from exterior (ground level only)
- October - December: Rake leaves and debris away from house (six foot perimeter)

- Termite Treatments - both liquid and bait system available
- Yard Treatments - ants, crickets, and chiggers
- Exclusion - seal entryways and gaps to prevent harborage

Service Procedures
- Payment is expected at the time of service.
- Pricing and warranty apply upon regular frequency service.
- Regular exterior service is provided in the scheduled frequency.
- Interior service upon request for warranted pests at no extra charge.
