Alert Pest Solutions, LLC is a family owned and operated business built out of a desire to help others with SENSIBLE pest control solutions. That choice is reflected in our name "Alert Pest Solutions, LLC". The definition of 'alert' is, among others, "watchful…prompt…attentive". These are adjectives that reflect our true concept of service. We are watchful to detect a problem before it starts, prompt to be there when we are needed and attentive to the needs of our customers.
Alert Pest Solutions, LLC will focus control efforts on the "why" and not just the "what". This includes using an industry concept called "Integrated Pest Management (IPM)", which includes the following areas:
- Inspection - check the structure over for indicated or discovered pest problems or entry ways.
- Identification - make the proper identification of pest problems and structure deficiencies (holes, gaps, cracks, and entry ways).
- Sanitation/Exclusion - advise if there is a way to control problems with non-chemical application.
- Treatment - use products to solve the problem in the most efficient manner.
- Communication - use verbal and written communication of what was found, where it was found, what could be done or what was done to solve the problem, which helps you know what you can expect as a result of our service.
In some instances, mechanical tasks such as raking leaves away from the structure, cutting back shrubs and plants, cleaning gutters could solve some pest problems.
